Sugar360 App

Delete your account

You can close your Sugar360 account from inside the app at any time. It takes three taps and needs no one’s approval.

Effective 16 Sep 2026

In the app

  1. Open Sugar360 and sign in.
  2. Go to Menu -> Additional Settings.
  3. Tap Close your account and confirm.

What is removed

  • Your personal details — name, phone number, email address and photograph.
  • Your sign-in. You will not be able to sign in again, and this cannot be undone.
  • Readings, meals, activity and doses you logged are removed from your account. Where your care team has used any of it in a consultation note or prescription, that copy stays in the clinical record your centre is required to keep.

What your centre keeps

Your clinical records stay with the centre that treated you — consultations, prescriptions, diet plans and the documents they hold about your care. Sugar360 does not own those records and cannot delete them on the centre’s behalf; Indian medical record-keeping rules require a clinic to retain them. To ask your centre about its own records, contact the centre directly.

If you cannot sign in

Write to support@sugar360.in from the email address on the account, or include the phone number you registered with. We will verify that the account is yours before closing anything, and we will reply within seven working days.

We ask for that check for the same reason this page has no delete button: without it, anyone who knows your email address could close your account.

How long it takes

Closing from inside the app is immediate. A request by email is completed within thirty days of us confirming it is yours.
