Blood glucose ranges
Five bands. Every boundary is taken from published guidance, and the source for each is named beside it.
- Very low — below 54 mg/dL.
- American Diabetes Association. Standards of Care in Diabetes, Section 6 — level 2 hypoglycaemia.

Body mass index
The app uses the Asian-Indian cut-offs — overweight from 23.0 and obesity from 25.0 — which are lower than the international ones.

Food and nutrition values
Nutrition values in the food library are estimates compiled for common dishes. They are not taken from a published food composition table. Dishes the app does not recognise are estimated for that meal only. Treat all nutrition figures in the app as approximate.
Dishes the app did not recognise are estimated for that meal and are not taken from these tables. The app says so on the meal itself.
